Shipping policy
- This policy applies to all clothing orders shipped from our fulfillment center in Philadelphia, PA, USA to customers in Philadelphia, elsewhere in the U.S., and to international destinations.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri), excluding holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional processing time (noted on product pages).
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Local (Philadelphia): Standard local delivery or USPS/partner courier — typically 1–3 business days after processing.
- Domestic (rest of U.S.): Standard (USPS/UPS) 3–7 business days; Expedited (2–3 business days) and Overnight options available at checkout.
- International: Standard international shipping 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs; Expedited international options available where supported (3–7 business days).
Shipping Rates
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, selected service, and destination.
- Flat-rate or free-shipping promotions (if any) will be clearly stated and applied at checkout per promotion terms.
- Local Philadelphia deliveries may have separate, often lower, delivery fees or free delivery thresholds.
Cutoff Times & Same-Day
- Orders placed and paid by 12:00 PM ET on business days may ship same day, subject to inventory and service availability. Orders placed after cutoff will ship next business day.
International Orders: Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges levied by the destination country.
- Delivery may be delayed by customs clearance. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges imposed by customs authorities.
- We will provide necessary customs documentation and honest item descriptions for export compliance.
Tracking & Notifications
- Tracking information is emailed once the order ships.
- Customers can track shipments using the provided tracking number on carrier websites.
- If tracking shows no movement for an extended time, contact customer service for assistance.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
- Update address before an order ships. We may be unable to change the shipping address after fulfillment.
- If a package is returned as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship. If refused or unclaimed, refunds (minus original shipping and return shipping costs) may be issued per our return policy.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Inspect shipments upon receipt. Report damaged or missing items within 7 days of delivery.
- For lost or stolen packages, we will work with the carrier and you to investigate; replacement or refund decisions will be made based on carrier findings and available insurance.
- Claims for damaged shipments must include photos of packaging and items.
International Prohibited/Restricted Items
- Some countries restrict certain fabrics or products. Customers are responsible for checking local regulations before ordering.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns and exchanges are handled per our Returns Policy (link). Generally, unworn, unwashed items with tags may be returned within the specified return window. Shipping costs for returns may be the customer’s responsibility unless items are defective or we made an error.
Insurance
- Insurance is available at checkout for high-value orders and may be required for certain destinations. If uninsured, you assume the risk of loss in transit.
